I agree to pay TSA Auto Brokerage Services the sum of $299.00 as a retainer for their services detailed below:

Based on the information that I provided TSA Brokerage Services through their online Sign-up page, I agree to the following terms of service: TSA Brokerage Services will find and locate the vehicle of my choosing and guarantee the lowest possible price. *They will find the best loan package based on my individual situation. *They will negotiate the highest possible trade-in value for my trade-in. The whole transaction will be finalized within seven business days. If applicable, the vehicle will be delivered to my home or office.

To consummate service with TSA Auto Brokerage Services, I agree to the above description of service.  I have completed all the necessary information and have provided TSA Auto Brokerage Service with true and accurate information based on my individual circumstances.  I understand that the fees TSA Brokerage Services charges are for consultation services only. I agree and understand that the fees are in no way a commission for the purchase or sale of the vehicle.

I understand that if I nullify this agreement before I receive the written proposal information, the retainer fee is non-recoverable.  I also understand that if TSA Auto Brokerage Services decides to back out of this agreement, that they will refund 100% of my retainer fee. I understand and agree that once I receive a written proposal that discloses the details of my vehicle purchase, no refund will be granted, except in the very rare case of a dealer that does not deliver what TSA Auto Brokerage Services promised. I understand that if for any other reason I am unable to complete my transaction, my retainer is not recoverable; however, I also understand that I have three months to complete my purchase, and TSA Brokerage Services will honor my original retainer within that ninety-day period.
